BMW G Series Aftermarket Styling Costs

As the new BMW G Series lineup is becoming more popular, we feel it is important to highlight how the aftermarket industry is doing regarding the pricing of performance styling parts for the G Series. When the new range was announced, all the large manufacturers raced to scan the new models in order to get the moulds in place and begin mass production of the most popular models. On release of the parts, pricing for a G20/G30 was in the region of £800-£900 for a full performance package including fitting and VAT.

As time has passed and the G20/30 has got some years behind it, we are extremely proud to be able to offer exactly the same pricing for the following models as the F Series.

• G20 3 Series Saloon
• G21 3 Series Touring
• G30 5 Series Saloon
• G31 5 Series Touring

Currently the newest models out on the market have not shown any signs of dropping in price.

• G22 4 Series Coupé
• G23 4 Series Convertible
• G26 4 Series Gran Coupé
• G80 M3
• G82 M4 Coupé
• G83 M4 Convertible

Availability for aftermarket products for the above models is still very sparce. After speaking with many aftermarket manufacturers, some are under the impression that BMW will facelift the new 4 series in the coming year. This is a very optimistic view considering BMW took the bold move to launch the look of the new 4 series and place in to mass production. However! We regularly speak to BMW dealerships and all of them are struggling for allocations of the new 4 series. Now is this due to the current market and issues with shipping or is it a lack of end users? We really do not know, so this is something we shall monitor over the coming months.

In the meantime we sincerely hope that many of the F Series owners who are in the market for an upgrade take the leap in to the new G series. The fact there is no middle ground between the 330 and 340 could be an issue but as with the F Series, we are sure new owners will find their feet with them regarding modification!
