Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return?
  • Email us with your order number and name 
  • Please give your reason for your return
  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a courier collection
What items are returnable? 
  • Returns accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • They must be unused and resellable condition
  • Make sure they're in their original packaging
What items are non-refundable? 
 The following items cannot be returned:
  • Used items
  • Items you've tried to fit and have damaged them
  • Discounted/Sale items 
The item I received is damaged!
  • You must inform us within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Email us with your order number, name and pictures of the damaged item
Can the items be exchanged?
  • Faulty items can be exchanged
  • upon receipt of your item we will then send out your replacement

How do I ship back the items?

  • If you no longer want the item then you will have to arrange your own return and once we receive it a full refund will be given.
  • You will need to get proof of your return so would either be through a courier or Royal Mail Signed For.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • We will do a bank transfer for any refunds.
  • Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
  • You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
